About the Business
Tradie Roo is an Australian children's IP company founded by Lynne Jackson (MMHSc) and clinically co-developed with Dr Philip Tam (FRANZCP, Cert. Child Psych) — one of Australia's most respected child psychiatrists. The business has two primary revenue streams: structured wellbeing programs for schools and early childhood centres, and a consumer product range built around the Roo Crew — 14 loveable Australian animal characters children instantly connect with.
Structured SEL wellbeing programs for primary schools (K–3) and early childhood centres (ages 3–5). Evidence-informed, clinician co-developed, minimal teacher prep required.
Illustrated hardback storybooks and print-on-demand character t-shirts. Available for families, schools, and retail.
Every program and resource is co-developed with Dr Philip Tam — bringing genuine clinical rigour to children's social and emotional learning.
Original characters, original stories, built in Australia for Australian children. International expansion underway (UK, UAE, Pakistan pilot complete).

A purpose-built SEL program for early childhood educators working with children aged 3–5. Adapted from the primary school R.O.O. program with age-appropriate delivery — audio-narrated storybooks, movement breaks, puppet play, and emotion cards.
